Most of our customers reach us on WhatsApp. So we built the system to handle it properly.
Five branches, five phone lines, and every enquiry arriving on a handset in somebody’s pocket. That works until the person holding the phone is with a customer, or off that day, or has moved on. Then a message sits unanswered and nobody else knows it exists.
Rather than hand our customers’ conversations to an outside messaging service, we chose to run our own system on our own server, where the data stays under our control.
What it does
Customers keep messaging the same branch numbers they always have. Nothing changes on their side. Behind it:
- Every branch line in one place. An enquiry to Senai and one to Bandar Tenggara arrive in the same workspace, each tagged to its branch.
- Ownership is explicit. Conversations are assigned to a named person, so nothing falls into the gap between colleagues.
- Service updates go out as templates. When a road tax renewal is done and ready for collection, the customer hears about it — without anyone writing the message from scratch.
- History belongs to the business, not the handset. Any colleague can open a conversation and see what was said before.
- We can see how we’re doing. Response times and enquiry volumes, branch by branch.
Where we are
The platform is built and hosted at chat.tatfeiagencyhub.com, connected to the WhatsApp Business Platform and tested end to end. We are preparing to bring our five branch lines onto it.

We built this for ourselves first, because we needed it. Plenty of businesses around Kulai and Senai run on WhatsApp exactly as we did, with exactly the same problem.
